These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at 9thclinton.com (the “Site”), operated by 9th & Clinton, LLC (“9th & Clinton,” “the Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 9th & Clinton is a national consulting firm that partners with financial institutions, developers, community-based organizations, impact investors, and municipalities to design and implement creative financial solutions that expand capital access and strengthen local economies, including New Markets Tax Credits, Social Impact Funds, and Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) lending and investment support.
By accessing or using the Site, submitting an inquiry through the Site, or otherwise interacting with our online content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
The Site is provided to give visitors information about 9th & Clinton's services, expertise, thought leadership, and team, and to allow prospective clients, partners, and event organizers to submit inquiries regarding consulting engagements or speaking engagements.
