We contract with mission-focused organizations on projects that address the wealth gap in the United States. We offer research and analysis services in broad topic areas supporting capital access. And, we work with minority Community Development Entities (CDEs) to apply for New Markets Tax Credit allocation and to deploy their credits.

We structure and source financing for New Markets Tax Credit real estate and operating transactions for community development in low income communities across the United States.
